Before you arrive
Be sure that you ave everything packed.
You should bring:
-> Your Computer (and everything needed to use it)
-> Surge Protector
-> If you volunteered, a switch
-> Ethernet Cable
-> Headphones
-> Money for pop and Bawls
-> Pillow or Sleeping Bag for Quiet Room (If you so desire)
What you SHOULDN'T bring:
-> Beer or other alcoholics beverages
-> Illegal things
-> Any Weapons
When you arrive
There will be a loading zone along the building. You can come inside, (The door will be blocked open) and check-in at the
table just inside the door.
Then, Go and find your seat. There will be a chart, and a staff member will help you. Once there, there will be a switch
assigned to your pod of tables, and a power strip.
*Please only use 1 outlet, the other 5 are for the others in that pod. Also don't Daisy Chain power strips.
Unload everything, then go and find a parking spot. Come back inside and set up everything.
After that, you can sign up for tournaments and start gaming!
