Online Payment

Online Payment is not required, however, it is the preferred type of payment.

We prefer online payment so that during the registration, we do not have to handle large amounts of currency, and store them during the event.

Also, Online Payment gives us your word that you will attended. We will allow you to request a seat then because we know that you will be attending, unless there is some sort of an emergency.

IF YOU CAN"T PAY ONLINE, THAT IS FINE

The payment process is monitored and controlled by PayPal. We do not receive any personal information.

Online Seating

Online seating is a feature that lets the user request where they would like to sit during the event.

REQUESTING A SEAT IS NOT REQUIRED!

If you do not request a seat, you will be able to choose an available seat once you arrive at the event. THERE WILL BE A SEAT FOR YOU REGARDLESS.

Refunds

Refunds will be given in the following scenarios:

The event is canceled

The participant can not attend the event because of an emergency, and has contacted us within 1 day after the event

If you would like a refund because you can't attend, feel free to contact us.

Please note, refunds will be administered through PayPal and will not be given as cash or check.
